The way they are presented suggests that they are intimately involved. The commercial is for Jose Cuervo and the ad says “pursue your daydreams”; Daydreams that involved being sexually involved with someone. If you drink Jose Cuervo then you will have the same experiences as the people shown in the advertisement. It also says ‘Vive Cuervo’, which means live Cuervo. This advertisement tells society that in order to have a good time and be involved with someone else you must drink Jose Cuervo; in order to be happy and to truly live you must drink Jose Cuervo.
